    MILA BARACH CREATIVE DIRECTOR/FOUNDER

Born in South Africa, she started dancing at age three, and has a background in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop -and even highland and Irish dance. She has been a dancer for 30 years, and a teacher and choreographer for 19 of them. Mila is the founder and creator of Inzpire, after having seen the need for an elite programme in the Bay. She has strongly aligned INZPIRE with Creative Tauranga (locally), and DANZ (nationally) - to ensure the standard for training in the arts is maintained at the highest levels. Through the programme, Mila aims to continue to nuture dancers and performers to professional levels. Creating employable, versatile and top quality dancers who are prepared to work in the industry, and take on full time performing arts programmes' worldwide.

    SUZANNE FRANKEN BALLET

Suzanne is also originally from South Africa, where she did ballet from the age of 4. She has completed all of her exams, including teacher training - and went on to running a successful dance school in SA.  Suzanne has experience in teaching from the age of 2 to adult. Since being in New Zealand, she decided to follow a slightly different journey and has been an early childhood teacher for 10 years. "I have two amazing children aged 4 years and 17 months. I am extremely excited to be returning to my life long passion of teaching ballet. Having fun and expressing yourself through dance is part of my philosophy, but I also enjoy helping dancers perfect their own unique technique and discovering what their bodies are capable of."

Suzanne is our resident Ballet and technique guru, and we can't wait to see what she brings to Inzpire through the years to come.

    BROOKE JONES  TAP

Brooke is 23 and has been a dancer for as long as she can remember. After watching her Aunt tap dance when she was 5, she knew that tap was something she would aspire to be the best in. I guess you could say "It runs in the family" with two Aunts dancing and now, her younger sister as well. “Tap dance is such a beautiful genre, and the technique and skill involved are incredibly difficult to master, which is why I admire my students as they strive for greatness. Teaching has encouraged me to work even harder on my technique and I have seen the dancers I teach do the same.”

    ROWAN FORD DAWSON ACROBATICS

Rowan is our resident Acro coach, and comes to us with a wealth of experience, and world class training. He found his passion for circus unicycling around Wellington at the age of 23 and then Christchurch at 26 years old where he completed a diploma in Circus Arts level 6 at the CPIT CircoArts department. Over the 2 years Rowan learnt a wide range of Circus Skills but really excelled in Acrobatics including Tumbling, Partner Acro, Doubles Trapeze, Slap Stick, Pitching and Handstands. After finishing his studies Rowan spent the next year as the assistant tumbling coach at CircoArts. From 2010-2016 Rowan moved to Auckland and worked at various Gymnastics and Dance Schools while he started his Company Circus in a Flash. At the start of 2016 Rowan and his family moved permanently to the Bay to be closer to family and bring their unique business to The Bay.
